The Xenia Foundation collaborated once more with the warmhearted Children’s Hope in Action (CHIA) Organisation. The food drive aided female workers in tourism who were unable to work due to the pandemic. With the help of CHIA, the Xenia Foundation was able to provide food for 50 families in need during this difficult time.

We provided essentials such as vegetables and, most importantly, a large bag of rice to each family we assisted. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a severe impact worldwide. However, areas that rely heavily on hospitality revenue to survive have been the most affected – Hoi An, a prime example.

Greenshoots International School, whose generous students spent time ensuring the food items were well packed and distributed fairly and efficiently, assisted CHIA and the Xenia Foundation on the day.

While pleased to contribute our resources to help families in need, we recognise that this is only a drop in the ocean. The Xenia Foundation, with the support of Xenia Tech, is committed to making ongoing differences for families in the Da Nang and Quang Nam regions.
